WOW! The Barrington is a *fantastic* guitar. I am impressed in every way possible. It is much nicer than I imagined! I just bought a guitar from Bill Fender of Legato Guitars and I cannot resist singing my praises. His description of the guitar I bought - an early Heritage Johnny Smith - was accurate to a fine detail. He said "mint -" because of a "ding on the rim" and that is how it arrived - for any normal person, mint plus! A refreshing approach of accuracy after the average sand bagger's inventory claims on the internet. He packaged the guitar like a pro and it arrived in Belgium in perfect condition through a custom's office which has broken my furniture and another guitar I bought over the internet. Lastly, the sound is superb - again just as he described. Beautiful full rich but distinguishable jazz tones through to clear warm acoustic tones amplified through a Vox 30 amp. All in all, I can commend his site and his service - impeccable and I am sure to buy from Bill again when my wife and bank manager forgive me for my last purchase from Legato.
